Historically, the number of houses and condos available for sale right now is quite low, and that is contributing to higher prices and a seller’s market.
Good properties that are priced right, are selling quickly and some are attracting multiple offers especially in the hot areas of town. However, sellers can’t get over confident and expect to make a killing like they did in the 2006 to 2007 boom times.
