New Brighton Real Estate Listings and Information
New Brighton is a family- oriented neighbourhood in the south-east Calgary with the majority of homes being built later than 2003. Designed with the quaint English countryside in mind, New Brighton’s homes feature traditional English architecture with modern flair setting it apart from other Calgary neighbourhoods. Exclusive estate walkout homes that back onto New Brighton’s Central Park start at $500.000.
The central gathering place in the community is the New Brighton Club. The 6,600 square foot facility is managed by the New Brighton Resident’s Association. The Association offers many popular and affordable recreational programs for the whole family. The facility has several multi-purpose rooms and studio space for fitness programs and for other special events. Residents can also enjoy marvellous panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains from the New Brighton Club patio and deck!
With the 20 acre central park and 12 acre pond, New Brighton families can stay active year round with the waterpark, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts in summer, and the hockey rink and skating pond in the winter. Membership in the New Brighton Club is mandatory with the purchase of a home. The New Brighton Residents Association employs a full-time recreational programmer to organize activities for residents.
