Seton is one of Calgary’s newest, largest and most innovative mixed- used developments currently under construction in the city’s southeast. Located south of Auburn Bay and east of Cranston, Seton will blend residential, commercial and business development, becoming the “City Centre” of southeast Calgary. The Seton Multi-Services Centre will house a number of City of Calgary departments including the Calgary Fire Department, Calgary Police Service and Community and Neighbourhood Services providing much needed services for southeast Calgary communities.
Seton is adjacent to Deerfoot Trail to the west and Calgary’s newest ring road, 52 St. SE. A rapid transit bus system is being planned for added convenience of Seton residents. The proposed southeast leg of the LRT will include two stations that will stop at the South Health Campus/Market Street area, and the business district. An extensive pathway system will connect residents and visitors easily to homes and amenities and will present the perfect environment for walking, running and biking.
Residential offerings will be brought on stream later in 2014 or 2015.
